Facts: Marc Marzenit was chosen best Spanish producer of 2007 by Go magazine. Journalist Javier Blánquez calls him “the Holden —or, if you prefer, the Mozart— from Mollerussa (Lleida)” and says that “his restrained epic” “brings tears to the eyes” of listeners. This summarizes the wide space, time and praise the media has given this newcomer. But not only the media; superstars DJ Tiësto and John Digweed both included his music in their respective mix-CDs, In Search of Sunrise 6 and Transitions vol. 3.
Mazenit is touring México in March 2008: he’s playing at Bar Américas in Guadalupe (Jalisco), at Rockarga festival, an event that takes place at the feet of the amazing Aztec pyramids of Teotihuacán, and at Acapulco Music Festival, besides Paul van Dyk, Infected Mushroom, Audiofly, Matthew Dear, Josh Wink, Loco Dice and Simian Mobile Disco.
